I bought my first pair of silhouette glasses from Ohio State,and when I finally decided to get a new pair which I was long over do,I went to Ohio State optical ,because of the great selection they carry, and was pleased with their service. I want to really give Robin L.a big 10. she was so very helpful, and when I had to get a different frame color, and a new adjusted prescription, she was so understanding, and went out of her to make everything right, I can't thank her enough ,she is so patient and just wants her customers to have a positive experience.She is very professional and listens and explains any questions you have. I would recommend this location in Lewis Center, everyone that works there are very caring and professional.********** Thank you All

I bought glasses 2 years ago and still no scratches! The people are so friendly and kind. I recently went back because I accidentally broke them. Within 15 minutes they fixed them and insisted on no charge. I’m a customer for life.

The best costumer service ever. As some who get anxiety making dr appts and going to the dr it was so nice to be able to email and schedule and when I did come in everyone was so nice and helpful. So happy with my experience with everyone here

The opticians here are simply the best. Top skills, top service, highest integrity, best glasses ever. I’ll never go anywhere else, though it is a very long drive for me to get there. The most extraordinary customer service imaginable! The optometrist, Dr. Fox, is also excellent. However, this shop is also a great place to bring an eyeglass prescription from any doctor. Cannot praise them highly enough!

I've had several different optometrists see me and enjoyed every one. Also the help I've received from people like Emil for picking out and fitting glasses has been superb.
