Tech called before he arrived to make sure we were home. Tech was professional and answered all of my questions about the furnace. I also went ahead and had a new whole house humidifier as well as whole house air filtration system. Prices are reasonable. Tech was very knowledgeable as well as very easy to talk to. From now on I wouldn't call any other company.

I got help with some furnace maintenance and everything checked out fine. The day after, I noticed water dripping from the duct in the basement. Worried that it something had accidentally been done, I called back. Another technician (Randall) arrived the same day and he deduced that it was a leak coming from the water line into the fridge! Even though it wasn't part of the job, he helped me to move the heavy fridge out from the wall to dry the affected area. Obviously, I was really grateful he helped me because it could have been much worse had it not been caught sooner. Really glad that he went above and beyond to assist. Definitely five-star service.
