Air machine would not accept my nickles or dimes I put 1.50 in machine and it was Only accepting quarters, so 50 cents of my dimes would not return or acknowledge being in machine When I told young lady working inside about it She Rudely said it only takes dollars or quarters and woukd not offer any refund even though machine ate my 50 cents, As I return to machine to put in 2 more quarters it musty have run out of time So I went to Kroger gas where it is Free Needless to say I will Never return to this Shell station Lewis center The young Lady definitely needs Prayers ! Had to add this to my review If owner cares about Service he Truly should look at reviews Many others are talking about who I assume us same rude young Lady, Prayers for sure

Why do employees have face covers around their neck and not their face? If your employees do not want to protect their customers then we have to find a place that will and will go somewhere else
Pulling into the Shell Station, I actually thought that I was stopping at United Dairy Farmers. Signage is lacking at the location. The building could use a nice paint job. Also, the station could be updated. All in all, the station needs improvements based on the neighboring gas stations.
The Shell listed here has been demolished. A new Shell True North is on the construction sign.
Usually the same price or a few cents more than UDF that is next door.
Rude employees . I went inside , the lady was not talking properly and told me rudely reward doesn't work . I need change to get gas but she is not willing to give me change .
Rude employees. Rewards cards don't work at pump. Avoid going inside if possible.
