I rarely ever take the time to post a review but am taking the time now to thank store employee named Luke for all his help at the Lewis Center store. Luke was proactive and truly cared about which office chairs my wife and I were purchasing. If he couldn't answer a question he immediately reached out to someone who could rather than making up an answer. Extremely nice young man who has a very bright future ahead of him. Luke deserves to be recognized by Staples management as an excellent employee.

Loved the wonderful customer service here! Went in looking for a new office chair and a wonderfully helpful and not pushy associate named Mark helped answer all our questions, let us try out as many chairs as we wanted, and priced some insight on them when he could.

We ordered Christmas cards from here this year because we just had a baby and were really behind on planning this! The cards turned out fine, but the envelopes were EXACTLY the same size as the cards... So we couldn't use them because they had zero wiggle room to fit. It stinks that we now have to go someplace else to get envelopes when we shouldn't have to.

I used to get my business prints here each week but the customer service has gone downhill. I'll be taking my regular business elsewhere, from now on. A girl with short dark hair and glasses, and a nasty attitude, needs to be better trained so she can obtain some customer service skills.
