Fantastic experience! Stephanie & her staff are by far the most friendly and knowledgeable T-Mobile reps that I have ever encountered. Super helpful! They made the whole process of switching from Verizon a breeze... and saved us so much money! I absolutely love T-Mobile and will only come to this location to handle any of my business...I even tell everyone I know to switch to T-Mobile but definitely come to this location for top rated service.

Went in late Sunday to update my wife's phone. Only two people were working, but they acknowledged everyone waiting and made sure the people they were with were satisfied. Alex did a great job setting up the new phone and transferring the data from the old phone. It was past closing time when we were finished, but Alex did not rush us out the door.
