A bonus when I was able to trade in my phone for a new one. Also told my son about the deal for his phone. Our needs were pretty complicated because we needed phones and tablets set up for our family and our business.Taylor streamlined the process and made it very easy for us to get exactly what we needed. He made sure that we were ready for opening day of our business and never tried to sell us something that we didn't need. The technical customer service experience was far beyond what we are used to getting.

Taylor was personable and helpful. He led us to the products we needed and did not try to oversell us. We also had our three young children with us and he paid attention to them as well as making the purchases quick and easy so we could do what we needed and leave.
