Oil change
I bought a tire from them three months ago and the sidewalk blew out. I paid for the road hazard warranty. Called in to see if I could get it replaced and spoke to someone asking if i could bring it in the following day. They said that would be fine. I show up and it says they have been closed 4 months on the door. So I'm sol with a tire I cant even get replaced.

Came in at 11:00 am and requested to get 4 tires put on and a high mileage oil change. Car was done at 2:00 pm. Manager was extremely helpful and I had an overall great experience here
New manager has turned things around here. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Prices continue to be reasonable as to be expected. Service seems to go through cycles. They didn't before, but now they do service tpms sensor replacement and tuning with no extra BS charges.
DO NOT COME HERE.....Terrible customer service, the manager was a complete and utter piece of garbage. I will gladly go up the street pay 2 times more for the same tire, just so I don't have to deal with this guy who is on a power Trip for being a manager at a Walmart Auto Care Center. Just got done getting a second opinion, the manager I guess lied about my tire tread being "1/10th mm off", just so I would get another tire for 130.
Folks are way too harsh on the tire depo. Give them some credit, the prices are good and the service is quicker than most.
Service was great. I came in on a Saturday, They were understaffed but still willing to help. Had me in and out of there far quicker than originally expected. Best prices on tires around.
Rudest service I have EVER had. Walked in at 5, said they were open and doing services until 6. Refused to take me it even talk to me. The woman at the customer service desk was so unprofessional and rude! SHE Did NOT want to be there and she let everyone know. Will never come here again. Will go to Midas.
I had no troubles. Came in with a single tire needing replaced. In and out in about 30 minutes. Service was quick and staff were friendly. Maybe it was just because it's Sunday and they were busy (and well staffed), but I had an overall pleasant experience.
