After being recommended by a colleague to try the services of an Osteopath, I thought I would give it a try and visited the practice nearest to me, and I do not regret it one bit. I have seen a vast improvement in the issues I have presented with and have been asking myself why I have not visited an Osteopath sooner. Shane Morris has been my practitioner throughout the process and he is very professional, welcoming and happy to answer any questions or uncertainties and trust me I asked a lot of questions. I must say I was a bit sceptical at the beginning by Shane made me feel at ease and comfortable and talked my through the process. I would most definitely recommend this practice, location is convenient, premises is neat, tidy and welcoming and Shane has been a great support throughout. Thank you Lexden Health!

I have been visiting Niki at Lexden Health Practice for the last 20 weeks in relation to preganancy related hip / back pains. I cannot recommend her and her use of osteopathy enough. I strongly believe that her treatments have enabled me to be more mobile and active throughout the second and third trimesters of this pregnancy than I was with my first. She has carefully explained every treatment to me and I leave her office feeling really mobile and full of vigor! I have been recommending using osteopathy to other pregnant friends as I feel its benefits cannot be over stated! I will be coming back for a post natal appointment too!
