This is my second Ducati I've purchased from LMS. I give massive kudos to Justin H for the whole buying experience. He is a almost perfect blend of passion and professionalism. He get's the emotional attachment people like me have with their machines. Honestly Justin did not have to \sell\ the bike, It pretty much sold itself but he did make the purchase process sooo easy. He was on point with assistance and information. Highly Recommend!!!

Bought a used motorcycle here and had a terrible POST sale experience. Here were my issues: 1. On pick up the bike wasn't clean. Still had bugs, dust and dirt on it. I don't expect it to be pristine but a wash would have been nice. 2. I wasn't allowed to pick up the bike until a week after I had provided full payment in the form of a cashier check. 3. They made so many mistakes with the registration and title paperwork that I didn't end up getting my registration till 2 months after my purchase. 4. Communication was poor. I spoke to about 8 different people trying to figure out the above issues. While the employees are friendly, I'd rather have them solve problems than be nice to me. While the bike was a good purchase, I do hope they take this feedback about the post sale to heart because honestly, I don't think Lexington Motorsports deserved the \dealer\ fees that I paid them.
