Very rude clerk/secretary. Called in to make a payment and the person answering expressed extreme discontent in my wanting to know exact costs and fee breakdowns. Claimed to be the dept that takes payments, but refused to give all details. I asked how could I pay and they then yelled at me and say I could only pay on tuesday and thursday despite having different instructions on my paperwork.
