Clean forecourt. Everything is placed where you expect it and just a nice place to be and browse, even to pass time. The whole COVID situation ruins the feeling cos everything is appointment based now. Stock was a little down though

Mixed review. Reception and service staff friendly. Car is always washed and cleaned after service. However, recently asked for refund of fully paid up service plan and still waiting 13 days later. Excuses it can take 30 days, but likely to be 20 days simply isn't what Lexus customer service used to stand for. They say they have to claim it back from Vantage, the previous company franchise. Lexus Derby, by experience, is far better. Won't be recommending, although I'm sure I'll receive the standard excuses in response to this review to contact them,,,,, again,,, No.
Alessandro was extremely professional, polite and very helpful. Alexander gave the time required to answer all questions we had. He was very knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured into purchasing a car, was relaxed. To date the best experience buying a car compared to other dealerships. Will also consider purchasing a second car in the very near future.
I can't praise Lexus Birmingham highly enough. Not only did they deliver great customer service. They gave me back a car that looked brand new following an MOT and Service that included an amazing and free valet.
Superb customer service from Ryan in the Servicing team. Nothing too much effort, he's sorted a number of things out that I might only have hoped for elsewhere. Thanks very much!
