I recently purchased an ES350 at this dealership. The staff members are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Tommy looked after the purchase of my new vehicle and did an excellent job of informing me about this vehicle and answering all of my questions. It is a very relaxed setting - I felt like I had made new friends. I was particularly impressed by Tommy when he offered me ongoing assistance and told me to feel free to call anytime. I bought a car through this dealership (Lexus of Barrie) but was somewhat skeptical because they would have to deliver it a few cities away plus I'd have to pay not being at the dealership. I've never bought a car in this manner before but I liked the car I saw in the ad & the price was just right. The Sales Manager was Steve & the salesman was Michael (great guys).
