The 5 star reviews do not lie! A huge thank you to Donavan!!! He was so responsive to any questions or concerns we had and never scoffed once at any request we made. Top notch service and amazing experience. We have purchased two vehicles in the last one year and had great experience with Scott France. He was always available to answer questions, had the knowledge and above all he actually cares for what our needs are. We have tried other Lexus locations and keep coming back to this one for their honest and up front attitude. With a busy schedule I like to get ahead of the game through phone and email and Scott was very cooperative.

I live in the NW community of Calgary. Nevertheless, I know it’s the right thing to do to travel south to Lexus of Calgary to get help. I follow my advisor, Malcolm Kan from BMW to Lexus. Prior to my recent appointment, I told Malcolm what model of Lexus I would be interested in. I could not believe that Malcolm actually took the demo home for test drive so he would be able to share his first person POV! Overall, Lexus of Calgary and staff are very genuine - great in house cafe, finance manager Mark, etc. Wife and I look forward to picking up our new Lexus next week.

I had a very good experience with dealing with the people at Lexus of Calgary. Les was a nice salesperson that worked hard to give me the best deal possible on my new 2018 RX 350. Lexus of Calgary gave me some additional items like a golf shirt and other extras that were much appreciated. I also received some really good discounts and incentive programs. It is always nice when you show up at the dealership on the day you are about to pick up your vehicle and they surprise you with an additional 2,000 unexpected rebate at the door. This shows how honest and customer service oriented these folks are. The purchase process was well-organized and the front office staff were professional. I live far from the dealership, so I regret that I won't be interacting with this dealership for future servicing. My only criticism is that I felt that the response time was a bit slow sometimes during the purchasing phase. However, it was not a major issue and all my questions were answered in due course. The vehicle itself has been a pleasure to drive since I took possession at the start of June 2018. I would recommend a Lexus vehicle in the future and particularly one from Lexus of Calgary. I'm sorry Lexus of Calgary that it took me so long to write this review.
