Absolutely a wonderful experience! My sales person was Mino who followed thru with every deal! He has a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to deal with. I made the car deal over the internet with the help of Ernie ( manager )and he made this an easy transaction! This was a used car deal and I was paying cash! Excellent experience! Mina was top-notch. I drove from Charlotte to Atlanta to look at a Mercedes S550. The dealership was not interested in my business and I left disappointed. I found the LS460 at Lexus of Greenville and text for availability. Mina was quick to respond and I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and a half. UPDATE: While I did not buy a 55,000 Lexus, I did spend a good amount for a used car, but they still treated me like I was buying one of their new cars. They even helped me find a great deal on an after market warranty. The sales associate Kailyn was very good along with the whole sales team. They provided everything I was looking for, along with a very fair deal.
