Excellent experience with Steve Wolfe, my sales person at Lexus of Tulsa. I bought my LC500 used and sight unseen while living in Florida. He was super responsive, knowledgeable, great personality and also even replied to my messages throughout his time off during Thanksgiving. They included the car shipping/delivery service as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or more beautiful Lexus! 10/10.

I didn’t purchase my Lexus from Lexus of Tulsa, but recently I had to get my RX350 serviced and I was definitely treated me like I was a lifelong customer at all points of contact. Wonderful service! What a fabulous group. I have nothing but great things to say. They also gave me a loaner RX so I wasn’t stuck without wheels! My service tech Jason was super helpful and kind. I’ll be back!

Lexus Hooks

I did not have a good experience at Lexus of Tulsa. I was told previously when scheduling the appointment I could have a loaner car, but chase my consultant told me I could not. I had to be at work in 2 hours & told me I would have to wait for them to finish But the director of servicing & Doug were very helpful & tried to get me a loaner car. They made my experience much better.
