I must say I'm very pleased with my purchase from Lexus Stoke, thanks in particular to Joe Chadwick who helped me to achieve the deal that I was looking for, and who was most helpful and professional during the purchase process. The car was presented to me in immaculate condition and they even threw in a bottle of Moet & Chandon. If you are looking for a new or used Lexus this is the place to go, this is my first Lexus but it probably won't be my last. Highly recommended.
Another flawless experience from the team at Lexus Stoke and, a special mention to Joe Chadwick, for his professional expertise in securing yet another good deal on my behalf. Joe is always patient and understanding when I don’t pick up the new tech and infotainment straight away and he has that “human touch” which I find all important. They even gave me a gift of chocolate cake and a bottle of bubbly in recognition of my birthday three days earlier. I highly recommend all of you at Lexus Stoke, keep up the good work guys.
Picked up my new UX today, thrilled with it. Dealt with Craig Archer from start to finish. Such a positive experience as he gave lots of advice and encouragement all the way through the process. As a woman I don’t particularly enjoy the whole car showroom experience, but Craig made me feel completely comfortable. First class service, thank you Craig.
Had an awesome experience viewing Lexus Stoke’s one of 500 LFA! Met Charlie who was nice enough to bring the keys and show us around the car, with help from Mike. Has some stunning cars on display especially the LFA, if you want a Lexus definitely go to them. They know about the cars they are selling and are passionate and helpful with any questions you may have related to the brand or specific cars.
