A truly beautiful place that I highly recommend. The main bar is warm and inviting and retains all the old charm of this amazing coach house with flag stone floor. A huge open fire and plenty of seating make for a nice long, relaxing stay with absolutely no pressure to rush or leave to make way for others. It gets busy but never seems to feel over-crowded. There is a wide selection if drinks with a great selection of local ales. The food is outstanding and can be eaten in the bar of in one of several charming dining rooms all with open fires and gentle lighting. The staff are truly lovely and couldn't be more welcoming and genuine. All in all top marks. I will go back again and again. Well done everyone at the King's Arms!

Lovely food and friendly service. Fans of the \All Creatures Great and Small\ TV series will recognise the pub as\The Drovers\. Highly recommended.
During these strange times we eat in once and had a takeaway another night. Food was great. Meat pie to die for.
Good social distancing. Felt very safe. Friendly staff,excellent food,very generous portion. Lovely clean toilets.
Fantastic meal,. Lovely friendly atmosphere, staff doing a fab job under covid restrictions, was made to feel at home
