What a gem to come across, roaring coal fire, great hospitality, tasty local beers, very friendly landlord and locals made us feel very welcome. Super location will truly recommend, can not wait to return. Keep safe.

Single nicest place to eat in the area, lovely homemade fresh cooking to remind you of home and brilliant service and friendly chatter to match. Best of all is the beautiful dog: Lexi, truly the star of the pub.
Called in for lunch. Excellent Gamekeeper ale: perfect temperature (whereas some pubs in the area are currently serving it too cold). Burgers were very tasty. And the homemade rhubarb gin was divine - can’t wait for the crumble!
Another lovely evening at The Old Horn. Christine makes us fabulous vegetarian food. Paul, Christine and Lexi the dog are excellent hosts and we are so lucky to have them in our village pub. We look forward to many more excellent meals and enjoyable evenings in The Old Horn.
