Rudest nurse I have ever spoken to only been with them 2 months 100% moving. They changed my inhaler and when I went for a repeat prescription, I got shouted at for not remembering what they give me. I said check the records what you prescribed me. apparently they don’t record what they give patients, which is worrying, the nurse hung up on me when I questioned it. In the end they made me go to the late night pharmacy to see what they prescribed me. Leyland late night pharmacy couldn’t believe it when told, Joke. The receptionist was helpful tbh.

Been at this surgery since it opened won't move surgerys because both doctors and staff are understanding and really try their best at all times. I find it you are polite with them they try their best which all you can ask for.
Helped my boyfriend out to sign up and went out there way very understanding thanks xxxx
Probably the most unhelpful, rude, ignorant, miserable reception staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Patients shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience, making me leave the surgery and telephone to order a repeat prescription because they couldn't be bothered getting out of the chair to help me. A disgrace to the surgery which I have been with for over 44 years. Now an ex patient.
The reception staff are possibly some of the rudest most unhelpful people I've had the unfortunate necessity to have to speak to. Uncaring, no compassion and have a vastly inflated sense of worth disgraceful for a doctors surgery that should be treating poorly people in a much more sympathetic manor...
Worst place ever don't bother going the receptionist are a joke think there helpful when all they do is sit about and eat and drink tea Better service from a prison office They are quite happy to give you an appointment but see is your not sat there for an hour
Fantastic Reception staff , nurses & Drs, I have always been treated kindly and they have gone out of their way to assisst when I have had problems filling a prescription.
If I could give a zero I would,was told a passport isn't valid ID to register! Finally got in they made me a appointment for 230pm today and was also told I would be rung back that day for a further new patient health check nobody rang back! Got there they had no appointment for me on there system so they squeezed me in with a nurse the nurse said sorry I can't see you till you've had your new patient health check,went back into the waiting room and asked to be removed off there register as first impressions aren't very good! I then had 4 women all arguing with me that these things didn't happen 1 lady backed my story and I got upset and said just remove me I want to leave,a kind patient have me a tissue and I was walking out the door the patient said is she ok and the manager said \she's not normal\ well done on being so vile and incompetent absolutely shocked to the core!
