Finger not knowing what the thumb is doing comes to mind. Once you leave an appointment, if you're lucky enough to get one, then is the feeling you have left the surgery for good no one seems to followup at all, which are the doctors?, who are the doctors,? I don't know who Ihave seen or will see next there.

I donot normally complain but not being able to phone the doctors and pre book a doctors appointment with a particular doctor over the phone is really bad . Ever since this practice was taken over it has not been a great experience. I was told today that you have to ring in the morning at 8 am and it’s a bit of a lottery as to who i get to speak to.
