Well done to all at Sandy Lane. After having problems in April doctor correctly diagnosed and sent straight to hospital for tests. Have since chased hospitals to arrange scans and blood tests. Telephone consultations to check up on me. Couldn't have done more. Well done.

Very poor \customer\ service. Turned up for an appointment I made in good time. Asked lady who came to door, she went in to check but didn't come back to me. Nobody else wanted to talk to me at the surgery even though I tried to enquire. Almost impossible to get through on the phone. When I eventually got through on the phone I was told there was no record of the appointment...............
Poor experience with this Gp practice; if you are looking for a new practice and weighing up which one to go for. Please steer well clear from Sandy Lane!
Good luck getting an appointment. If you're lucky enough to get through you may be greeted by a rude receptionist . Just to add I phoned 100 times this morning and couldn't get through.I've a screen shot. Been trying for a week now and no joy
Poor. Have got considerably worse over time.
