Have been trying daily for 17 days to book an appointment to discuss my results following a recent urgent colonoscopy and biopsies taken which the consultant gave a deadline of 2 weeks to get done. Almost a month later, I cant access my results as there are never any appointments free, you cant book a future appointment and the GP can't just ring you when they have time as the old GP did. Until get the results I won't know whether the issue is due to the medication prescribed by the GP which I argued about taking at the time as it makes me ill but was told to take anyway or whether its more sinister like cancer. 3 attempts were made at bloods for the procedure with me having to deliver the last lot myself as the delivery failed. 2 out of 3 previous sicknotes have been filled in incorrectly and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later for the 4th Receptionist is aggressive and unhelpful and makes you feel like you are wasting her time wanting an appointment Recommend to steer clear of this surgery

Reception staff are very rude and do not listen to you. Numerous times I have tried to get repeat perscriptions but because it wasn't on the system even though been getting them every month they would not prescribe the medication. They told me to get an appointment with the doctor but every time I ring in the morning for one they say they have no appointments left and to try again in the morning. My main issue is the communication skills well lack off that the reception staff have!
Being with station surgery since we moved to leyland five years back. Great medical centre. Reliable and efficient staff, provides good medical care. Never failed to book an appointment when needed. Hope they will continue their service in leyland for many more years to come.
