The service and attitude of the staff here has really improved in recent weeks which is nice to see compared to before. I’ve had a fantastic experience with the nurse Gabriella who is always friendly and very welcoming. Dr Qureshi is a fantastic doctor and has been very helpful on each occasion.

Moved to this practice a year ago. Its been a breath of fresh air. The whole set up is amazing from the receptionists to the GPS and Nurses. They always go the extra mile and make you feel as if you are their No 1 priority. In lockdown Iv had to deal with a cancelled knee op and other stuff but they have done everything possible to help me manage all of it remotely. I cannot thank them all enough !

I'm writing to make a complaint I feels Urgent I've also passed to cqc and the press. I live at 1 shay drive bd9 5pp for several months I've had someone using my address fraudulently and registering at leylands docters in bradford bd9 under my address. She has had dangerous medication deliverd to me . I've today been to the pharmacy leylands and complained they told me it's the docters next door at leylands who have my address and this girl using it. So I contacted the practise at 3 30pm sooken to the reception manager as the practise manager was on leave. I felt the reception manager was!not qualified to deal with my complaint however she did. I was told shed contact me back today and then I phoned at 4 15 today to be told shed gone. Leaving me very mad upset as I suffer mental health . I'm fuming that the practise are aware someones using my address at there practise and is a accessory to fraud but not acted on it. I've had enough I've now been told go to yourself. I've put in a letter to the surgery and calls had nothing it's there responsibility to ensure all patients are registerd with correct details but have not. I'm shocked at there poor attitude and lack of responsibilityand how its affecting me. . The surgery is leylands medical practise leylands lane bd9 bradford. I hope you can help before I have to go to police press and other organisations.
