Great Hotel in middle of Leysin, all very clean and practical, friendly staf and a complete diner buffet. The rooms where very nice with wooden beds.

Awful experience!!! The first day we arrive, we were NOT allowed to choose room when the hotel was empty and the light at the given room was broken. Instead of finding a solution, the reception man just simply said NO to us quite a few times. When we wanted to eat dinner, we were NOT allowed to sit at the seats we wanted when the whole restaurant was empty. We were sent to a corner at the back! Don't feel like treating us like a customer properly and we were excluded. I think the hotel staff needs to learn how to respect people first instead of feeling like God themselves. Since we are paying money to them not being in prison. They ruined my vacation at the first day! Please come here if you want to be ordered and don't have any freedom.i would rather to pay more somewhere else to get at least some respect like human beings.
Pathetic room amenities - no tea/coffee in room. Rude staff. Never come in.a group as the group breakfast is in secluded area with very limited items - not even omlete
What a lovely hotel. Rooms lovely and warm, comfy beds. Food really good salads, main courses and deserts. Great views from rooms. Staff helpful. In the mountains so quite spectacular when it snows
Familial hotel with a convenient location 10 min walking from the slopes. The room is big but it would require some refreshment, same for the bathroom. The restaurant has a nice "rustique" chalet style but it is quite noisy. Good place for people who look for a clean bed after a good day of skiing.
Hotel: Clean but old and unremarkable. A little rundown, much like Leysin itself. The 3-star rating it advertises is exactly what it is, so in that respect your expectations would be met. 6/10 Service: Pleasant staff but often hard to find. For example, I couldn't find anyone to pay my tea, and at breakfast there weren't many staff around to clear tables or respond to inquiries. 6/10 Breakfast: Very basic food - mostly white breads, simple meats, good cheese selection, cold cereal. On this day, the Chef de Service didn't arrive to work so the front desk staff had to scramble to open the restaurant for the waiting patrons. This led to a lot of confusion. To their credit, the staff handled it well by being informative, apologetic, and accommodating to patrons. 5/10
We stayed here for one night and believe me it was a lifetime experience.. The location, alpine mountains, natural beauty... Etc.. Was awesome.. We took a trip to Chamonix, Montreux and Laussane from the hotel... All places was worth visit..
