This facility is owned and operated the Energy Development Corporation's Leyte Geothermal Business Unit or EDC-LGBU. EDC, formerly known as PNOC-EDC and therefore a Government Owned and Controlled Corporation was privatized in 2007. Needless to say, EDC today is a private company and therefore only its employees and bonafide conttactor workers can have access to its facilities including this Marshalling Station. This place therefore is off limits to outsiders.
