One of the larger stores, good selection of items however, a number of products do seem to be limited or out of stock. Check before you go. The layout of the store is a little frustrating (one way system)but ok if like myself, you like to browse around anyway. Staff are helpful and till service is reasonably quick.

I got my christmas tree and decorations from there. Really high quality and I like the interior design of the building. Its easy to find what you want to get and its staff is super friendly!

I mean, where to start. We arranged a kitchen design appointment (online as they all are at the moment.) My husband took time off work for it. I received an email confirming the appointment, which said I would get a link and a phone call before the appointment. With 15 minutes to go and nothing received, I tried to call the number on the email. It went to the store, they had no idea what I was talking about. At the time of the call we did receive a link from the designer. We began the call explaining that as no one had got in touch with us, we had no way to submit our notes or architects plans. We then went on to email the architects plans to him, and spent some time trying to explain the measurements of the room to him. Having visually seen the architects plans himself (of a not rectangular room), he repeatedly asked us if a rectangle shape on his screen was the same shape as our room. We were very confused as he literally had the plans in front of him, of a clearly not rectangular room. He asked us to tell him where the measurements are, which we patiently did. I would argue understanding measurements on a floorplan is part of a kitchen designers job. He told us ormally customers give us measurements.\ Again, I would argue an architects measurements are probably better than a consumers. Anyway, more than half an hour in to our design appointment, having yet to establish measurements of the room, we decided to jump ship. Kitchens are thousands of pounds - this store is throwing away business. Total waste of my time, his time, and my husband's work time. Wouldn't recommend.

What you’d expect from B&Q - really good social distancing protocols

Went with a friend he is decorating thought we cod get some inspiration looking round the store, however seemed most of the staff that day didn't want to help sadly. I have been before and the have been wonderful so maybe it wa just a off day but still, I was disappointed with the service that day
