I Had a lovely massage for my birthday & a facial. I was recommended excellent products to maintain my skin called Environ. The products were not forced I asked for advice and my skin was examined by the beauty therapist. I was given 2x free Dermalogica gifts after my purchase which was a bonus. EOB has lovely staff clean environment I will be going back for Electrolysis hair removal as I was given a consultation on this and a test patch area of my chin it did agree with me & so far no hair on my chin has grown back or any scaring as I am of light brown complexion :) Thank you EOB x

I've been going to EOB for many years and I couldn't recommend a better salon. The team are really welcoming, always do a great job and are very professional. I would always happily recommend them as a first choice for both hair or beauty. Enjoy! :)

Response: Thank you for your response to my previous review. Following on from our telephone conversation on Thursday I explained how the website clearly states that it is a 45 minute microdermabrasion treatment & this was also confirmed on the phone when I had made the booking as well as on the day of the treatment as I had purchased an hour permit. Which you then responded to saying ‘The website is not up to date’. My question is then, why was I misled to believe I will be receiving a 45 minute facial? & also why has this not been ‘updated’ on the website to prevent false advertisement & also to prevent future clients being misled into paying for a 45 minute treatment, when it is less than 30 minutes? Also, I regularly have facials done in various spas & the service received from EOB was not up to a standard expectation nor quality. Original review: I have had a few treatments with this Spa but after today I do not think I will be returning. I had booked myself in for a 45min Microdermabrasion (26/10/20), however I was highly disappointed. I felt like the treatment was not done adequately. A treatment which was meant to be 45min, was rushed & completed within 28min. Three steps were done for the treatment; cleanse, suction machine & then mask. I was booked in for 2:15pm, but as I was a little early, treatment started at 2:08pm, by 2:36pm it was done. I had paid 55 for this poor service. There were other customers on the spa floor as I was making the payment so I didn’t want to ‘make a scene’. However really really disappointed. If EOB want to check the accuracy of my comment, please check your cameras to see what time I came in or the time the payment was made.

My Nan has been going here for years....waxing, sunbed, manicures, pedicures & even facials. I have been for waxing, facials and sunbeds. Never ever had a problem the team are always lovely and helpful! The salon has always been spotless and safe even before Covid-19!
