I decided to visit the restaurant on the top floor because of the reviews here. The food was delicious with some good local choices on the menu. Free wifi available and a great view of the Cathedral and mountains on a clear day. I was here at lunchtime and it was a relaxed vibe. Excellent service, available also in English!
