We looked this place up on Google and saw their Saturday hours were 7-3:30, and after calling and confirming they were open, we drove 45 minutes to get there. We drove through the gate and pulled up to the building at 12:02 and were turned away by a guy who said they closed at noon and who also said there is no way possible we would have seen online that they were open past noon on Saturday. (Please either change your hours online or don't turn people away who have relied on that information before making the trip. I have attached a screenshot for your easy reference.)

Web site says open till 3:30 on Saturday, We drive 32 miles to get there at 1:15. Four other vehicles waiting in line. Gate closed, nobody will answer phone, then guy in front finally notices a very small sign on the gate saying that they close at noon on Saturday in November. Worst part is I just called them at 11:45 to ask a question about accepted materials and he never said a word about them closing early.
