My wife and I currently have visited the location and was very pleased With the customer service that Antonio provided us. Antonio greeted us and showed us around to different items that we were looking for then Antonio went and helped another customer load their vehicle because assistance was called over the radio. He politely excused himself and went and helped them and came back to check on us again and showed us some trees we asked about. Then about 5 minutes later another customer needed help loading their car over the radio and Antonio waited a little then he politely excused himself again to help load their car and then came back and finished helping us. My wife ended up buying 3 items plus 20 bags of mulch and Antonio wrote the ticket for us and she took that inside to pay while he loaded our vehicle by himself. Just wanted to give this young man, Antonio, an outstanding review because he went over and beyond making us feel important. You very rarely experience this kind of excellent customer service any more with the new generation. I recommend customers ask for Antonio or look for him when you visit he will try to help you from the beginning to the end with your needs. You can tell he likes helping customers with a smile. Great Job and Thank you for your service Antonio your a keeper, we look forward to your assistance in spring!

My boyfriend and I came in last week. It was pretty busy. I seen other employees picking weeds and moving plants around. Antonio he came around the corner of the building with some plants in his hands he placed them down and said good morning, may I help you find anything? He stopped what he was doing to help us. Great experience with customer service from Antonio he showed us right to the shrub I was looking for and had knowledge of the shrub himself. Antonio wrote us a ticket and when my boyfriend was paying he loaded my vehicle for me. I will definitely look for him the next time we come in excellent customer service he provided. Wished more people went the extra mile for customer service!

Just wanted to share my experience so far with Liberty Landscape. I have worked with Payton who helped a lot with a selection of palms and tropical plants to start the transformation of our property. Great to work with and appreciate her knowledge and professionalism. Also wanted to do a shoutout for Derek who has delivered two loads of mulch for us. Very courteous and conscientious of our new and existing trees with the large truck. He dumped the mulch perfectly in both runs. Keep it up Derek!
