I honestly did not think I would be returning to Libertyville Chevrolet to purchase another vehicle. I am glad I gave this dealership another chance. I worked with Connor Robinson in sales and he went above and beyond to assist me in upgrading my 2019 Traverse to a 2021 Traverse. He created an atmosphere where I didn’t feel pressured. He went over everything step by step and got my approval before moving to the next step. My questions were answered and I was made to feel like a valued customer. Next I worked with Mike Cardona in Financing. He too went above and beyond to make the deal happen in an efficient and seamless fashion. Again I was treated with respect and honesty. I would recommend working with these two gents for your future car purchases. I probably will. These guys were Libertyville Chevrolet’s saving graces for me and I would do business with both of these guys. Thanks gentlemen (even though I didn’t get a chance to ring the bell)

Purchasing a vehicle can be quite overwhelming, however, Greg and Marvin made the car buying experience as easy as possible. Even when I encountered some issues, Greg and Marvin were willing to work with me to ensure that all my problems were resolved. Also, the service team was very helpful and took the time to listen to my concerns. I definitely recommend stopping by their dealer and checking it out for yourself.

Awesome..they are the best. I went in with no hope whatsoever an I left with a big grin on my face. They work with me to get the best possible deal an I love it..went in with a 2012 altima, drove out with a brand new 2020 equinox...fabulous job..the coolest part is when i get to ting the bell Highly recommend
