First off I want to say that I like this place because it is dog friendly. Our stay was really nice. They had a closed in area for the Dogs 2 run around and play and do their business.

Building is quiet and most excellently maintained !! My room was cleaned and taken care of everyday when I got back from work !! Great hotel experience and stay
Had a non smoking room that smelled like a chain smoker was in there. Next day left window open to air out an thay nigjt it was still horrible. Mentioned pool but see picture for that lol

Called around 12:00pm to make a reservation lady told me at 4:30am to come in. Decided to show up at 3:00am and she told me I needed to wait til 4:30am. Wait if till 5:00am outside for a room. Lady asks for my ID and says she can’t take it because is only a couple days expire. Seriously You just made me wait outside for you to tell me that? What kind of service is this?!!! TERRIBLE she tells me well how are you driving with a Expire a License? Lady that’s our problem not yours! Asking us to go back to Texas to replace our ID omg are you serious SUSAN????!!!! She shouldn’t be even be working here! Bad attitude!!!!!
Just a little overpriced. But great location not far from downtown Libertyville.
It was bugs in the room waking me up at 3 in the morning the manager didnt give a refund but said she has the same bugs in her house !!! Absolutely discusting never again i hope people see this and move on to another hotel i will never stay here again i will never support this location i also hope the super 8 franchise invextigsye this location in liberty ille
Very clean and the nicest employees, Basic hotel worth the great price. Safe area and many places to eat .
