Worst place ever I have ever been to. I went for balayage first time in August. I used to have dark hair at that time and requested to have caramel color. I ended up with orange color. I called the day after to request to get my hair fixed. They tried to fix it, but it was really bad with 3 different colors of my hair. Last Saturday I went to have blond balayage . Devin tried to remove that orange color, but I ended up by having very little balayage. No one can tell there is any blond color. Then I called to ask why in every time I have to come again to fix their bad work. I was offered to get redo on Tuesday. When I went, the manager of Libertyville ( Jennie Bubloni), is SOOOOOOOOOO rude, she doesn’t not have the tact on how to talk to her customers. She mentioned that I have a consultation not a redo of my hair color, just for 30 min....I showed to her the text, check attached photo. it says redo Not consultation. She kept saying I came with orange hair last time. Yes, I had orange color coz of your technicians. She refused to fix my hair and informed me that I have to pay again. Devin , the technician who worked on my hair mentioned that it’s hard to have a color that I want, it needs couple of visits. I understood that, but my concern is The amount of color she used. Barely you can see it. Regarding Jennie Bubloni,, I am not sure how she got promoted to be a general manager. She is going to ruin this business since she is so rude and does not know how to talk very kindly as any general manager does. By the way, I am a dentist, I lost my day that day since I had to request a day off to get my hair fixed. No respect to anything I mentioned. No way to go again, guys my advice to you, DO NOT EVER GO THERE, REALLY BAD WORK AND SERVICE. And Jennie Bubloni, you need to work on yourself to LEARN how to talk to your customers.
