BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Excellent customer service in their sales and service department. Super professional and make your purchase a smooth experience. Definitely recommend to anyone in NJ. My family loves Liccardi Ford Dealership. So far my father and I have made purchases there, but we will definitely go back! Worked with ROB VENTURA AND EARLE JAMES

If you ask for the manager of the service department and he looks this, you know you're in trouble. This Liccardi Ford dealership is the one off of Route 22 by Terrill Road. This screenshot was taken from a video I found where two women were having engine trouble, and after charging them 250 to change an air filter, he starts mocking them for being women of color. This kind of treatment may have worked in 1920, but not in 2020. Stay far away.

In November, I took a 40 minute drive to Liccardi Ford when I saw a used 2019 Ford F-250 for sale that I needed for my business. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by Nick who brought the truck I was looking into to the front of the dealership. After providing him my information, he handed me the keys and let me take it for a test drive. Upon my return we began talking about pricing and he was able to work with me and my budget. They even certified it for me! When I picked up the truck the next day, everything went smoothly. About 3 weeks later, I had an issue with the truck and thought, this was going to be a hassle. I called Nick explain my problem and he put me in touch with his service department right away. I bought the truck in a few days later and left with a service loaner. That same day I received a call from my service advisor, Heather Curio who told me that they needed to order parts and I would need to leave the truck overnight. The next day I received a call from Heather who told me the repairs were done and I could pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the repairs were completed and they even installed two new tires that were required because the truck had been certified. Based on my experience, I would drive the 40 minutes again and I highly recommend Nick, Heather and Liccardi Ford.

Bait and switch sales tactics. Went to look at a used car with low mileage and that was advertised online for a specific price. When we went there, we test drove the car which only had 20 miles of gas in the tank. When we drove it, the car was fine. When we return from driving it, spoke about price. The price went up by more than 20%. 1. They say the price that’s online includes discount for all 3: 1. Military 2. Recent grad and 3. No destination charge (which was not stated online) 2. They try to tell you they are giving “accessories”: which is: 1. etching (which most modern cars come with and if you want. You can do it yourself with a kit for 10), 2. “Car prep” which was explained to be cleaning the car before they give it to you (bogus), 3. Marketing fee (making you pay for them to advertise the car (bogus)). For a total amount of 2,000. ... last I checked accessories are things that would add value. Not service charges and fees 3. When tried to negotiate things off, the sale manager kept saying it was a “new car”. Which legally it can’t be if it’s older than 3 years. After wasting time discussing and attempting to discuss the price with the sales manager. Walked away. Complete bait and switch tactics. Beware!
