I had never had lice and I got it as an adult. Everything from the call for information to the process itself was extremely helpful. Chris took time on the phone with me late in the evening to walk me through what I was experiencing and got me an appointment first thing the next morning. Andrea performed the procedure and was great to talk to and was very gentle and kind. Overall one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They truly care about their customers and their comfort. I hope I don’t have to go again but I would !

This place was great and offer such more peace of mind than the OTC treatment kits. The space is nice and clean. Andrea was super nice, gentle and offered helpful advice on steps to take at home and future prevention. I went to Lice Clinics of America after getting the kids treated at Lice Knowing You. Mom ended up with nits but didn’t want to go through the awful experience at LKY. Lice Knowing You front desk was rude. The young staff were not informed so could not provide any advice and left my daughter in tears.

Andrea did a fabulous job! She is very friendly and my 4 year old daughter was comfortable letting her comb through her long curly hair. Thank you Andrea for starting on time, making us comfortable and having the patience with a toddler.
