Love this place. Always have a pint after an afternoon of shopping and walk around the park.Our cockapoo literally drags us there. She likes to sit in the window ,watching the world go by.

Can't wait for this place to reopen. When I first visited Lichfield in the new year I loved this place. The place is small, and you may get closer to people than you may want, but everyone was friendly enough. The selection of runs surprised me. They had live music on my first visit and it made the atmosphere so chilled. Second visit was during the day and a lot quieter but staff were just as welcoming. Great little place. When this place reopens, I'll be straight in there
Decent array of Joules pints on offer, including specials. No food other than bar snacks, however.
On a recent overnight stay in Lichfield, we were lucky to discover a real gem of a pub in the city centre called The Angel Inn. It is a quirky pub full of charm and a lovely atmosphere. Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The pub sells a local lager called Green Monkey which I would highly recommend. We visited on a Thursday evening and as luck would have it there was an Open Mic that evening so we decided to stay. We had a fantastic evening meeting musicians and watching them perform. There are some very talented musicians around Lichfield who all play to a very high standard. All in all a great evening and we will be visiting again soon.
