I went to collect my brand new TV because it was a great deal. When I got there I understood why. It's located in a high street so if you are doing click&collect you will need to carry your shopping by hand.

much better off (ostensibly by their own recommendation) to shop online, where transaction conditions (considering particularities such as refund policy and other small-print affairs) are more comprehensibly versed. according to the management of this branch, it's not their responsibility to inform customers of the store's return policy, EVEN WHEN INQUIRED about it. no effort was made by the department - that wasn't SORELY insisted upon - to rectify or even acknowledge their misinformation; attempts to seek out a solution with what turned out to be a frustratingly obstructive and wilfully impotent manager resulted in an altercation of sorts on the day, as it appeared they were only interested in exonerating themselves of any responsibility. the only bit of advice they offered that was of any use was to contact their central branch/ customer services, at which point i was referred to a different branch in a nearby town and was happily refunded after they listened to my case.
