Always friendly and helpful staffs, wonderful huge bargains on one of the best quality silverware. During the lock down check the opening time, I think they open on Mon, Tue and Friday. You can place order via phone. Highly recommend.

Beautiful products!! Staff friendly and very helpful. Table set up on way in... just a few of items sold... social distancing in place.

I won second prize in their raffle and was delighted to receive 50 in tokens. I used them towards a canteen of cutlery, the service was exemplary and the store is a joy to visit.

Can you PLEASE update the opening hours. After trying to contact you and no one answering the phone we decided to come on a Saturday as your website says you are open. We get to the shop and you are CLOSED. Not happy with the wasted journey when we had tried to avoid this.

Plating falls off trays, which are thin and cheap. Thought the condiment set would be good, but the salt hole and also the tea strainer holes far too small or few, can't pour out of the salt pot at all and the strainer takes forever. Ice bucket is only for ice, nothing to fit a bottle adequately. It's like pretend quality compared to it's past, but it's the only company left that makes these (unless you go Italian) though they are cheap and impractically made today. Missing many things. The plus is that cutlery can be matched up to have handles made in other items. They easily scratch though. Slate roofing tiles for serving trays... on a polished dining table? Shame
