Very convenient for me, very short walk. Price is competitive, about the same as the 'kings barbers' I would normally frequent, however a much more comfortable and pleasing aesthetic here. Would be 5 stars but there is a section on top longer than everything else, although I am certain if I went back then they would have sorted this for me, I am just not bothered enough.

Two years of growing my hair wasted because the lad didn’t seem to understand ‘keep the length on top’. He has absolutely ruined my hair, took about five minutes to do so, didn’t ask if it was satisfactory and then wanted 13 for the privilege. If you do come here, see the ladies - the two on shift were great, and my son’s hair is lovely, thank you. But that doesn’t change the fact that I have no choice but to revert to a short style. Very disappointed.

I took my son Charlie for a last minute haircut and I'm so glad that I went to Barbers lounge Rachel was fabulous with him (he's autistic and ADD which means he is very difficult at times and doesn't like new places much) very friendly and involved Charlie in his choice of hair style and he now wants to go here forever (his words) Thank you Rachel you are "fabulous" xxx

Worst cut ever!!! I have just been butchered by this place - 2 months worth of grow and I have had to shave my entire beard off. The stylist (if you could call them that) had no idea what they were doing. Asked for a tidy up on my neck and lip line, ended up with half an inch cut out of the moustache area and a lopsided beard. I want a manage to contact me about how I can get a refund! Visited today at 5pm approx

Honestly, BEST haircut I have ever had! I am always travelling and in/out of Lichfield but whenever I'm back, I make sure to visit my number 1. Sharron. The chilled but professional atmosphere and how comfortable they make you feel, you are certain to be in good hands. Above and beyond service, in my opinion, and absolute BARGAIN!
