James & Jack were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. On my valuation everything was explained to me with evidence to back up what they were saying and their strategy made complete sense. They had clearly done their research!! The marketing was second to none, It looked so good I didn't want to move!! They made me feel really comfortable when filming the video tour, and throughout the whole process. In fact they actually made it quite fun. We had 5 viewings lined up in the first week and sold on the first lot of viewings for the price we were looking to achieve. If I had any questions they knew the answers. I will definitely be recommending Barrows & Forrester to anyone looking to sell!! Thank you!

We used Barrows & Forrester to sell our home in Fradley, Staffordshire at the end of 2020. We dealt with James and Jack who were both professional, courteous and informative during our initial consultation. We agreed to them marketing our property and were subsequently presented with a high quality sales package which consisted of a brochure and video. The brochure had high quality photographs which brought to life the positive attributes of our property. The video was extremely well structured and informative starring James himself! Our property sold after the first viewing and the rest, they say, is history. Would highly recommend the business. James and Jack worked really hard in selling out property. We had a virtual tour as well as a Christmas video as well, which went down so well! They also offered alot of guidance and advice about decoration, marketing and the market itself.
