I completed my MHFA training early in 2019, and I have to say that the teachings linger far beyond the first few months of the training. Insights into mental health stay with you, and the course shines a light on how you, and others deal with stress. our minds are as fragile as our bodies and we need to look after our mental well being. this course delivered by Amanda is well worth the cost.
