Bore street was highly recommended to me by a family member. After visiting the practice for my initial examination I was greeted by a very frienldy receptionist on arrival and advised where to sit and wait to be called through. I was then called through by the nurse who was also very friendly to meet my new dentist - I particularly liked the fact that not only did Miss Collins introduce herself but also her nurse. Miss Collins was very thorough and very professional. Not many people enjoy visiting the dentist but Miss Collins and her Nurse made me feel more relaxed. The reception area was very clean. Thank you Miss Collins and I look forward to seeing you again in 6/12. LB

Our dentist Jennifer is lovely, but the receptionists are really rude. Massive que downstairs so went to upstairs reception and got told off for not checking in downstairs, after standing there for at least 3 minutes being ignored. Not even a hello Expect a long wait in the waiting room every time. The practice in itself is run down and you can barely move never mind turn around in the waiting room
