Booked to see a house in lichfield at 2 o'clock the agent turned up at 2.15 o'clock and 3 other couples were waiting totally ignored my wife and I although we had the first appointment and had the audacity to ask us to wait while she showed two other couples this was not a open house it was appointments I would recommend you never use these people to sell your house.
