Paper cups and plates, only? Really?! Third time this week we have stopped at a cafe for coffee and Nero is the only one too tight to use proper crockery. Don’t tell me it’s “because of Covid”. If I hadn’t been so shocked I would have left my order on the counter. Sorry, Nero, we won’t forget.

Only dropped a star due to during some days it gets extremely busy and they aren't that quick besides one or two who know my coffee order, which in itself is an incredible feat considering how many people they serve regularly. Nic is probably the loveliest I've encountered & Charlotte who once could see i was a stressed mess once gave me a cup for free. All in all i highly reccommend coming here. Vegan selection is usually pretty good but lacking as of late from the pandemic. But they provide hand sanitizer before entering and the door is always open so you don't have to touch the door handle providing quick access. I've never had a bad experience & can only give them credit for their hard work here.
