I ordered a Wii nunchuck and what I got was a piece of junk literally ready for the bin not a second home, I would be embarrassed to give this to someone let alone sell it, also to honor a return the said item has to be tested to see if it works but i don't care if it works! it's got someone's sweaty skin cells embedded in it along with other stains and it looks like someone got hungry half way through a game and decided to eat the rubber on the joy stick!!! I don't believe these junk merchants have any scruples about selling rubbish and for this reason I would never shop at CEX or advise anyone to shop there either.

This review might be a bit harsh as CEX and these kind of shops rely on peoples desperation when buying their gadgets but 265 for a perfect condition Galaxy S20 ultra thats been out for 6 months is a disgrace (even their website states 'buy for 465').If they offered 450 or 425 i may have thought about it, but 265...yes they need to make a profit but come on! it's about time the public got some kind of consumer protection from this type of deliberate undervaluation of property that CEX and phone recyclers are practicing. Even the cashier admitted the price was too low and one of which seemed to have no idea that all o2 phones after 2018 are sold unlocked and insisted that's not the case. Hardly fills you with confidence does it!

Very friendly staff and good prices. The stuff is checked carefully and never had anything from this shop that doesn't work. Hand sanitiser is also offered and social distancing marks in place.
