Dixon’s provided quick and swift service to my partner and I. We are renting and was all moved in within a few weeks. They kept us informed and up to date with the progress of our application. Definitely would recommend. Georgia was who we dealt with and she was very professional. We are happy tenants.

Unfortunately not had the best experience with Dixons. It got off to a bad start when we were made promises by a new and inexperienced member of staff, promises which could not be delivered on and I had to put a lot of pressure on dixons to get this sorted which reflected badly on me as a new tenant. This was fortunately sorted in the end. I have found some staff efficient and polite (Jessica has been great) but other staff not so much. Some of the staff have been rude and very blunt if you put their nose out of joint and sometimes just won't bother responding. I think dixons want silent tenants who never dare to voice a concern. Thankfully their maintenance process is very efficient and has always been chased or completed very quickly. Would be 4 starts if it weren't for the rudeness of some staff members. I have now left the property and will likely avoid renting through this branch again in future.
My experience with this estate was dissapointing. I booked the viewing and our trip was taking two hours with two little babies. Whole morning to get ready and lucky when we were on the motorway I decided to confirm the viewing and guess what... Received reply that is was canceled. Not good enough guys, I was so up sad. It is difficult process enough. Giving 3 starts cause am not mean persone but was not great experience
