I have had my first attempt today and was very nervous although I failed the examiner Ian was lovely and I appreciate the patients he had when I made my mistakes due to nerves, I have rebooked my next test I hope there will be a cancellation to reattempt sooner I hope to pass next time.

they cancelled our sons test on the day of the test when he turned up at the test centre, Then, to add insult to injury gave him a replacement date 2 months later than the cancelled date.....this after he waited 3 months for the first test date. We now have to pay for additional lessons for 2 months until the new test date. They should have cancelled the test before we set off. That is the normal protocol, but they did not. They are useless. Book at another test centre.

very bad experience unprofessional and biased jelous racist examiners if thats what they call themselves please dont go here for a test they backward minded and snotty geets with attitude just cos they have monopoly biggamists pass and fail whi they wish even where u are not at fault theyll fabricate in their sick sordid minds who they want to pass or fail i wonder how such crimibal minded get away with this sort of behaviour i bet they getting back handers from the driving instructors and insider dealings wonder if dvsa are aware of such notirious ill conceived examiners

Lost Bravo

People mostly give a bad review because they have failed and want to get back at those who work at the test centre. As for me I passed today as it was my 2nd try, so yeah I did fail here once. Much thanks to Linda Westwood (my examiner) as she gave me a chance. I had a rough start and wanted to quit half way through as I just had no hope. But for some divine reason Linda stayed in the car and was willing to see it through to the end. The test can or will make you muck up due to nerves etc. But i felt like my examiner saw through that, instead of being cold and calculated as examiners made out to be, she seen my potential and felt safe in the car with me. I am forever greatful, I know it's biased but the Lichfield test centre isn't as bad as people make it to be. I got only one minor. Just soldier through it, their just people doing their jobs just like you and me.
