I ordered some turf from Grass Lands and could not fault their service. After ordering, the day after I needed to change my delivery date. The staff were helpful, courteous and I received a call back confirming that this had been changed for the date I requested. The turf arrived before lunchtime (no time specified by myself) on the day requested with no problems

Having just read negative elements of the above review, i can only speak as i find. We had our rear lawn totally re-laid last year to a very high standard. We found Grasslands the best priced and they worked to a very proffessional standard. The price charged which included the first cut after laying was the most competitive. I feel the negative review above does not in any way reflect the service given to me! I feel the comment above is the classic "something for nothing" culture. Everything from start to finish, and also the after sale service was explanded to me in full and met my expectations! I continue to recommened this company for the first class service they gave me!! I feel my review of this company is the most representative, and couldnt fault them. Disregard the negative points in the above review- what a load of nonesense. David, Four Oaks.
