We’ve lived in a property managed by Hadrian for almost 15 years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them highly. We’ve always found the property and it’s grounds are maintained to the highest standards. They’re always quick to respond for requests for maintenance, easily contactable by phone and email. We usually deal with Sharon and have always found she goes above and beyond to rectify any issues.

I was interested to read the reviews of Hadrian’s. They don’t seem to reflect my 15 year plus experience of dealing with this company who have managed my property with a calm, competent, friendly professionalism. I find them responsive and extremely prompt in dealing with requests for maintenance. I’m particularly appreciative of the fact that they will enter into a dialogue before settling on a course of action. After previous negative experiences with management companies, I find dealing with Hadrian’s to be a pleasingly positive experience.
I sometimes think managing agents walk around with a target on their backs. It is not easy to look after the varied and often unreasonable demands of property owners and tenants. Hadrian manage a property that I own. Whilst there is always a wish list of things that could be done, on the whole Hadrian have done a good job. The Company has recently found itself in the midst of a major cladding problem. It has been pro-active (in conjunction with the tenants) in seeking a resolution and can not be faulted for its considerable efforts in liaising with everyone and more importantly keeping the owners/tenants informed.
I am a customer of Hadrian having been informed.that I am liable for nearly 65,000 worth of repairs on Millenium Point in Manchester. If that wasn't bad enough - my offers to help were met with a very obtuse and rude response criticising me. I am now pursuing the legal route formally to ensure that the service leaseholders should expect will be provided by this firm.
Every Time I have a question they are very prompt in answering and sorting it out. Keith jackson

Building manager is rude when asked to do simple parts of their job (unlock a door for a contractor during building manager hours). They regularly ignore texts and phone calls and the well hidden and usually unoccupied office appears to be simply an empty office.
Promised to revoke parking tickets for using my own space. Constantly harassed by CPMS for not displaying a permit. Hadrian didn't get rid of the tickets as they said they would and backed out. They are an awful corrupt company who punish residents for living peaceful lives and using their own parking spaces!! They could easily have got the tickets cancelled but refused, even after originally stating they would get them cancelled. Avoid any building they're involved with!!
