Green King pub, so was expecting good quality, and we were not let down.. Great beer, had mussels to start, and they were delicious... Steak and red wine pie, with chips and gravy... Beautiful, and a good choice of deserts... Very self-distancing aware... all in all a very pleasant lunch / dinner... Great Job..!!!

Dined out again. This time around pub offers dining both inside and outside. We sat outside to enjoy the sunshine. Service tiny bit slower than we would have liked initially but overall service picked up and had no complaints. Very friendly staff indeed. Food was gorgeous. Trio of roast meat followed by chocolate and raspberry torte and icecream sundae (partner). This is a beautiful pub set in quiet surroundings. Well worth a visit.
Went for a drink on a friend’s recommendation on the 24th October. We got there about 5pm before the early evening rush. We asked the gentleman if we could have a table for two and said we weren’t dining but just wanted a drink. He said they had no availability even though the couple in front of us had no reservation but were dining so we’re given a table. There were loads of spaces. Guess this must be the only pub in the world that doesn’t need the business
Went here for dinner a few nights ago and we did not only receive a warm welcome from the lovely friendly staff but they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and various members of staff checked on us throughout the night. The service was impeccable. Then our food came...our starters/mains and desserts were cooked to perfection (I can be quite fussy when it comes to how I like my food done) they got it all spot on. I had asked for a glass of rose they bought the loveliest white zinfandel out that I'd ever tasted and I could not rate this place more. I felt they went above and beyond to give us a very high quality service, the location is lovely and I am yet to try nicer food because they beat anywhere I have gone to (including marcos). Extremely happy we visited here and will most certainly be back very soon. Thank you to all the staff at The Holly Bush.

Got the whole covid social distance thing down to a tee. Really great service, food good, lots of choice and still a lively atmosphere. Oh and check out the Severn Trent water pumping station just down the road, beautiful building.
It's difficult to rate fairly anywhere nowadays due to the dreaded Covid! Places like this are doing there very best but without volume of customers it's hard for them. Based upon a luncheon this week my review is..... Greeting and sign in, excellent. Table service, spot on. Time from ordering a meal for four to receiving it, very good and as expected. Follow up on the meal, very good. Meal sizes, economical, quality of food, very good. Overall appearance, cleanliness, sterility, first class. I watched a couple leave, their table was cleared in seconds, the table was sterilised, then laid up for the next. Plenty of car parking, outside seating, recommended.
Good safety procedures in place. Food was lovely and service was quick. I would like to thank Claire for her excellent service!
